- Volume Management: Tens of thousands of devices, including a high percentage of data-bearing assets, required secure and efficient handling.
- Data Security: Each asset had to be wiped in accordance with strict data sanitization standards.
- Reallocation & Revenue Generation: The agency needed a system that would allow refurbished equipment to be put up for bid to recover value.
Our Solution
We provided a turnkey IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) program tailored to their operational and compliance requirements:
- Secure Logistics: Equipment is picked up from locations across the state and securely transported to our operations center.
- Certified Data Sanitization: Devices are wiped using processes that meet or exceed the agency’s security standards. For select cases, we also provide on-site data destruction services to eliminate any risk before transit.
- Return: Once wiped and processed, the equipment is returned to the agency, ready for resale through their public bidding system.

In the past year alone, we processed over 33,000 devices, with roughly half being data-bearing assets such as laptops and desktops. Our team delivered:
