  As President Mike focuses on operations as they relate to sales. His responsibilities include Directing Product Managers, Operations Supervisors and utilizing the knowledge generated in these departments to help create strategic solutions for our Clients which maximize the return on their goods while minimizing costs. Mike’s experience comes from past management roles in the medical field as well as startup experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Wayne State University in Detroit with a major in Marketing and a Minor in Logistics. He is actively involved in several trade industry networks and sits on the Ethics Committee for one of the premier Secondary Market trade networks.

  Matt is tasked with continuously expanding our business with Fortune 500 companies and management of the entire Sales Team pursuing these clients directly. Matt brings experience from startups to mature companies and has experienced the full cycle of businesses from startup to successful acquisition. Matt’s degree from Oakland University in Rochester Hills, MI opened opportunities to enter into this industry with MDM Investments - Jacom, PFSC and Varilease Corp. prior to joining the re.Source Partners Team shortly after its inception. Matt has developed several successful programs targeted at OEM’s and VAR’s providing our services to their clients. Matt is well known and respected within many local and national Industry Networks and he utilizes this network to continuously grow our customer base.

  Fred’s experience in Operations Management has evolved throughout his career which includes management positions with Ford, Visteon and most recently Amazon.com.  Fred holds a bachelors degree from Michigan State University in Materials Logistics Management and a Masters in Operations Management from Kettering University.  His experience and education accompany his pursuit of constant process improvement.  Fred’s familiarity with lean manufacturing and his discipline for data driven decision making, provide re.Source Partners Operations Team with the tools necessary to remain flexible for our Clients while consistently meeting or exceeding expectations.

Dave has been with re.Source Partners since inception and has held multiple roles throughout his tenure. Dave draws upon his vast knowledge and training in IT Hardware and Software Management. His ability to write customized software applications in multiple languages adds great flexibility to internal and external database tools and he relies on the efficiencies this creates to manage. Dave’s experience working in professional auto racing gives him confidence in working through time sensitive situations and has trained him to emerge with successful results.

  Karen came to re.Source Partners with years of experience in the IT Finance industry working with National Computer Corp, Avanti 4 and Summit Funding Group. Karen is well respected in the industry and her understanding of the industry provides her the necessary understanding to contribute to financial decisions, manage cash flows, and create standardized procedures that ensure our Clients are properly supported through settlements and transactions. Karen is also a key contributor to establishing budgets as well as maintaining them. In addition to these responsibilities she also expertly manages all Human Resource procedures, documentation and paperwork.

  Anthony has been with the company from very early on and has grown to be a key player in the overall success. Anthony works closely with the sales teams to arrange Logistics for sales, Client pickups and is often relied upon for project management. Anthony brings interesting experience from growing up in a family owned specialty fish market with multiple locations. Needless to say, the experience he has in inventory turns and cycle times supersedes that of most. His ability to apply that knowledge to our industry adds value to the company and helps maintain Client satisfaction as our response times and ability to physically handle large inventory turns and the relationship between sales and inventory is all managed with the highest priority levels.  

In addition, all of these leaders are supported by a large staff of operations and administrative employees that deliver towards the company objectives and regularly exceed our expectations.
